Hearing Exposes Biden’s Politicization Use of FDA

(OurNationNews.com) A House Judiciary hearing on June 26 exposed the Biden administration’s politicization of the FDA in order to add the COVID-19 vaccines to the childhood schedule. The hearing was led by Representative Thomas Massie who said Peter Marks pushed for licensure of the vaccines for all age groups despite the known risks of myocarditis and pericarditis in young males.

Top officials pushed for more studying before granting licensure to the vaccines, which caused Marks to fire them after decades of working in the agency. This push by Marks inside the FDA caused the Biden administration to mandate vaccines for the military and school children despite having a lack of testing data.

Rep Jim Jordan asked the witnesses whether vaccine hesitancy in America was increased by misinformation told to the public by the federal government. Dr. Jordan Vaughn agreed that the government messaging surrounding COVID-19 increased vaccine hesitancy. Vaughn mentioned in another portion of the hearing that he has treated more than 2,000 individuals with vaccine injuries.

Vaughn also provided anecdotes regarding military members that were severely injured by the shots, including some that were discharged for physically not being able to serve. Vaughn added that those who were injured by the vaccine lost all trust they may have had in the medical establishment as a result.

Attorney Aaron Siri runs a specialized vaccine litigation practice and he was also on hand to answer questions during the hearing. Siri pointed out the billions of dollars that the pharmaceutical companies were at stake and they had no liability for any harms caused by the vaccines.

While questioned, Siri said that vaccines are the only product he is aware of that has robust immunity protections to prevent lawsuits against the manufacturers when a product causes injury or harm.

The panel also discussed advertisements and segments of “Sesame Street” that misinformed the public by not including a disclaimer that the vaccines had not yet been licensed or deemed “safe and effective” with trustworthy data.
